For same day delivery order must be placed before 1.30pm standard New Zealand time. Delivery on Saturday must be placed before 10.00am standard New Zealand time.
Recipient's phone number:
Please include the recipient's phone number and any special delivery instructions. (If the recipient is not home or there are any difficulties we can then contact them to make alternative arrangements.)
Business Addresses:
If your gift is to be delivered to a business address please include the business name in the delivery information. There are often several businesses located in a single building or complex, and finding an individual can be very difficult.
Hospital Delivery:
Please include the hospital ward number in the delivery details and please also check that the patient will still be in hospital when the flowers are delivered. (If there is any uncertainty we would recommend sending the flowers to the recipient's home.)
Apartments:
Our couriers sometimes experience difficulties in entering apartment buildings. When no-one is home there is often no safe place to leave your flowers. Please confirm that someone will be home to receive your gift, or perhaps consider sending it to the recipient's work address.
Delivery to Locations Outside Auckland:

Sunday or Public Holidays:
If an order is received for delivery on a Sunday or Public Holidays, it will be delivered the next working day unless it is Mothers Day or Valentines Day
