Product Substitution
We endeavour to ensure all arrangements delivered are designed as closest to the images advertised on our website. However flowers are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery, our team of florists will do their utmost to substitute the product that is unavailable at the time to compliment the image on the website. This policy applies so that we can ensure that the recipient receives the best possible blooms on the day of delivery. This policy applies to all deliveries. We reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value

Refund Policy
Roma Blooms may offer solutions such as re-sending the product or re-sending an alternative gift of the same value. This will be determined on a case by case basis at our complete discretion.

Return Policy
Roma Blooms will accept returns of non perishable goods if they are incorrect or faulty, however we are not obliged to accept any goods for return where you have simply changed your mind. If you are not satisfied with any product purchases, please contact us to discuss the reason for requesting a return or exchange by email at contact@romablooms.co.nz or by phone on 0800 0300 89. Roma Blooms cannot accept items for return if they have been damaged in the post, we take extreme care when packaging goods. We cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.

Cancellations
Roma Blooms cannot cancel any order that has already been made up. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up Roma Blooms will accept cancellation and provide full refund.
