REFUND POLICY

Returns

We offer full refunds to customers who receive flowers in unsatisfactory condition within 24hours of delivery if they meet the criteria below.

All refunds must be processed within  24 hours of delivery of the flowers. If it is after this 24hour period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must have followed our care instructions which are located on the back of the delivery card Your flowers or item must be in the same condition that you received it in and must be in the original packaging. To process your refund, we also require photos of the flowers that indicates your request for a refund and for our for records.

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be your order number (for example #1111) which is located on your confirmation email sent to you after the completion of your purchase. Please do not send your purchased flowers back to Brooklyn Flowers

Once your refund request is received & photographs are inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received a request for a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 working days. 

Replacement:
If you do not require a refund we will replace the flowers or items you purchased if they are damaged. If you would like to receive a full replacement for the same item, please send us an email to contact@romablooms.co.nz
